Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot

 

The following students are members of the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade Vis Moot team for the 25th Vis Moot:

Ana Mazić was born on 5 June 1995 in Valjevo. After graduating from Grammar School in Valjevo in 2014, she enrolled at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. She is currently at the final year of her studies in the area of International Law. During her studies she participated in Anti-Corruption Legal Clinic organized by the Faculty of Law in cooperation with Serbian Anti-corruption Agency. Upon graduation she plans to pursue a master’s degree. She is fluent in English, has intermediate knowledge of German language and is currently enrolled in a course organized by German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ).

 

Blagoje Milošević was born on 14 March 1995 in Belgrade. He graduated from the V Belgrade Grammar School and enrolled at Univeristy of Belgrade Faculty of Law in 2014. He is currently at the final year of his studies in the area of Business Law. Blagoje is an Editor in the Student Economic Law Review and one of the Directors in ELSA Belgrade Moot Court Competition Sector. In 2017 he attended the summer school on the European Union Consumer’s Rights and Market Regulation in Udine. His hobbies include painting, basketball and literature. Blagoje is fluent in English and possess an intermediate knowledge of German.

 

Ivana Barać was born on 9 August 1994 in Priština. After graduating from IX Belgrade Grammar School, she enrolled at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in 2013, Department for International Law studies and successfully graduated in 2017. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree at the Belgrade’s Faculty of Law. Her academic success was awarded on several occasions, including the scholarships provided from the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture. During her studies she participated in the National Moot Court Competition in the Field of Anti-discrimination and in the summer of 2016 she attended the Human rights friendly judiciary summer school. Ivana’s professional experience include an internship in “SOG” Law office. In February 2017, as a member of the Faculty of Law team, she participated at The European Law Moot Court Competition, held annually at the European Court of Justice, where she, along with team members, achieved outstanding results. She has, along with her colleagues from the Faculty, organized a charity sports tournaments in order to raise funds for the children in need. Her hobbies include volunteering, running and listening to jazz music. She is advanced in English, has pre-intermediate knowledge of French and elementary in Spanish.

 

Jovana Tešanović was born on 3 February 1994 in Belgrade. After graduating from I Belgrade High School, she enrolled at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in the academic year 2013/2014 and is currently at the final year of her studies in the area of International Law. She attended several internships in law offices during her studies and is also a member of Environmental Law Legal Clinic organized by Belgrade Faculty of Law. Jovana is fluent in English and Spanish and has intermediate knowledge of German.

Mina Radonjić was born on 1st February 1995 in Podgorica, Montenegro. She finished her high school education in Podgorica with honors. She was awarded with A-SMYLE scholarship funded by U.S. Department of State in 2011/12 and she spent one year of high school in Ohio, USA.  In 2013 she enrolled in bachelor studies (LL.B.) at the University Of Belgrade Faculty Of Law, specializing in Business Law. Her professional experience includes internships at the Prelevic Law Firm, Karanovic& Nikolic commercial law firm, Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. She was also a member of Environmental Law Clinic in 2015/16. During her studies Mina took part in Model United Nations simulation (BIMUN) and Model European Union simulation (BEUM). In April 2017, as a member of the Faculty of Law team, she participated at The Monroe E. Price International Media Law Moot Court Competition, held annually at Oxford University U.K, where she, along with team members, achieved outstanding results. During summer 2017 she attended summer school on European Private Law in Salzburg. Her hobbies include volleyball, skiing, volunteering and reading literature. She is fluent in English and has intermediate knowledge of Italian.

Sara Stojković was born on 19 July 1994 in Novi Sad. After graduating from the First Belgrade Grammar School, she enrolled at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, Department for Legal Theory and Philosophy in 2013 and successfully graduated in 2017. She is currently pursuing Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law at the Belgrade Faculty of Law. Her academic success was awarded on several occasions, including the scholarship „Dositeja“ of the Found for young talents of Republic of Serbia. During her studies, Sara interned in a renowned law firm in Belgrade. She is fluent in English and possesses intermediate knowledge in German and pre-intermediate in French.

Sandra Krstajić was born on 19 September 1994 in Cetinje, Montenegro. She graduated from Danilo Kiš Grammar school in Budva, with honors and was awarded as the best student of generation.  During her high school education, she was triple national champion in debating and the captain of Montenegrin National Debating Team. She enrolled at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in the academic year 2013/14, in the area of International Law. During her studies she was the member of Environmental Law Clinic and Immigrant and Refugee Law Clinic organized by the Faculty of Law.  Her articles in the area of Environmental Law and International Public Law were published and presented at a few international conferences. She is the absolute winner of the XXIII Belgrade Competition in Oratory at the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade. At the Faculty of Law University of Ljubljana was awarded as the best arbitrator in the MUNLaws conference. She attended VIS MOOT School in Zurich and the summer school of Human Rights in Vienna. Her professional experience includes internships at the Borm Börm Bruckmeier Verlag in Munich and Živković&Samardžić Law office. She was awarded with many scholarships, including scholarships by the Ministry of Education of Republic of Montenegro as well as the Paragraf Lex. She is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish and has intermediate knowledge of French. She is passionate about post-impressionist art, Russian literary realism and playing piano.

Sladjana Puzovic was born on 11 of July 1994 in Prijepolje where she graduated in Prijepolje Grammar school. She enrolled at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law in the academic year 2013/2014, in the Department of International Law and graduated first in a class. During her studies she interned in Prica and Partners Law office and participated in many study groups, courses and Legal clinics, such as Obligation Legal Clinic that was organized by Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. Her academic success was awarded on several occasions, including the scholarships provided from the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture. At present, Sladjana is pursuing Master of Law degree in Parliament Law at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. She is volunteer of Red Cross Serbia group and volunteer of Municipal corporate in her born city. Sladjana's hobbies are traveling, kickboxing, cycling. She is fluent in English and Russian and possesses basic knowledge on German and Spanish.

Srđan Dragićević was born on 1 January 1996 in Loznica. After graduating from Vuk Karadžić Grammar School in Loznica, he enrolled at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in 2014, taking Business law course, where he is now in the final year of bachelor. During his studies, he was a member of Faculty’s Debate team, as well as editor at Student Economic Law Review, where he worked on several special issues of the Review. His hobbies are skiing and basketball. Srđan is advanced in English.
