Dr. Vladimir
Pavić, LL.M.
Vladimir
Pavić
was born in 1971
in Belgrade. He graduated from University of Belgrade
Faculty of Law in 1994, finished his master studies at the
Central European University
(Budapest) in 1996, and completed his doctorate
studies there in 1999. He was at the T.M.C. Asser
Instituut in Den Haag in
1996 on the Asser College
Europe research stipend and at Lincoln College, Oxford
University in 1996/7 on the FCO/Chevening
Scholarship as a visiting
student.
Vladimir Pavić
is curerently an
Associate Professor in International Private Law and
Arbitration Law at the
University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, Visiting Professor at the
postgraduate courses of the Central European University and University
of Graz and an arbitrator
with the Foreign Trade Arbitration attached to the Serbian
Chamber of Commerce, Permanent Court of
Arbitration at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and
Foreign Trade Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of
Commerce of Montenegro. As a visiting professor at the
University of Pittsburgh he taught a course on
International Commercial Arbitration in fall 2010.
Dr.
Milena Đorđević, LL.M.
Milena
Đorđević was
born in 1977 in Belgrade. She graduated from University of
Belgrade Faculty of Law in 2000, finished her master studies
at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2002 and
completed her doctorate
studies from the area of International Sales Law
at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law
in 2012. In 2005 and 2008 she was awarded
Max Planck Institute for International Private and
Comparative Law stipend where she has spent couple of months
for research.
Milena
Đorđević
is currently an Assistant Professor in
International Commercial Law
and Arbitration Law at the
University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, where she
teaches International Commercial Law,
Arbitration Law, EU Trade Policy and
Legal English. She also does consulting work for domestic
companies, institutions and international organizations
including the USAID, GTZ and IFC and is
listed as arbitrator on the List of arbitrators of
the Foreign Trade Arbitration attached to the Serbian
Chamber of Commerce and Foreign Trade
Arbitration Court attached to Chamber of Commerce of
Montenegro. As a visiting professor at the University of
Pittsburgh she taught a course on International Commercial
Arbitration in fall 2010.
Marko
Jovanović, LL.M.
Marko
Jovanović was born in 1983 in Belgrade. He graduated
from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in 2006. He
also graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of
Philology (Department for French language and literature).
In 2007 he obtained his LL.M. degree from the University of
Belgrade Faculty of law and finished the master course in
European Law at the University of Nancy 2. He is currently
working on his S.J.D. thesis at the University of Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne).
Marko Jovanović
works as a lecturer at the University of Belgrade Faculty of
Law, where he teaches Private International Law, Arbitration
Law and EU Trade Policy. He is also the coach of the
University of Belgrade FDI Moot team.
